Since 1990, Raines International has maintained a specialty practice in Corporate Strategy, Business Development, and M&A. Focusing on large corporate entities and financial organizations, including private equity firms, we have built what we believe to be the largest specialty practice in this area in the United States.

Our focus in this practice originated with Growth Strategy. We have helped build numerous large corporate and divisional groups from inception at the Chief Strategy Officer level through significant senior reports. Over the past few years, we have expanded this practice’s focus to include strategy-focused searches in Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Sales and Marketing.

With regard to candidate development from the major management consulting firms, we have become well-known for our consultative approach to clients. Our foundational knowledge of candidates stems from our proprietary database, ConsultantTrack.com, which includes more than 8,000 screened current and former management consultants.  Over the course of the past 18 years we have developed meaningful, deep relationships with the consulting community, and our knowledge of this broad talent pool is extensive and intimate.
