Emily Kollet

As Vice President of Search Operations, Emily provides practical and organizational support to Raines’ clients, candidates, and the organization itself. Additionally, she assists in driving searches from start to finish, oversees the growth and training of the Search Coordination team, and provides finance support to the firm at large. Emily develops new processes to ensure Raines is providing the best service possible and establishes and maintains best practices for search operations.

Emily joined Raines more than ten years ago and over that time has assumed increased responsibilities as the firm has grown. She is passionate about Raines’ impact and development and dives in at every turn to push for continued success. Emily deeply values the relationships she has formed internally and externally, loves working with a group of smart, accomplished, talented professionals, and is always willing to go the extra mile in order to achieve the desired results.

Prior to joining Raines, Emily was an International Coordinator for Effie Worldwide, a nonprofit marketing awards and education company headquartered in New York. There, she supported the international department and all international partner programs in the coordination of events, awards programs, and contract and brand compliance.
