ALISON HUNTER
Ali has 15 years of experience partnering with executives on leadership and talent strategies, serving clients from private equity firms and portfolio companies to multi-billion dollar enterprises and top-tier foundations. Ali specializes in coaching CEOs, C-suite leaders, and other senior executives with a focus on fostering lasting leadership impact and delivering measurable ROI. With her expertise in executive assessment and leadership development, and background in executive search, she has a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, behavior change, executive influence, and confidentiality.
Ali holds an MBA from Columbia University, a BA from Colgate University, and is certified by both the Co-Active Training Institute and International Coaching Federation.
KRISTIN MANN
Kristin brings 15+ years of experience partnering with executives and their teams to build world-class leadership initiatives. Specializing in executive assessment and coaching, developmental programming, and senior team alignment, Kristin has worked with leaders across levels on a global scale, taking her through North America, Europe, and Asia. While she has coached across industries, she now works primarily with Private Equity & Portfolio Company leadership. Her data-backed, people-centered approach emphasizes tangible business impact through sustainable transformation, ensuring leadership excellence in rapidly evolving environments.
Kristin holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, refining her expertise at YSC (now part of Accenture) and Korn Ferry.
