Raines’ Matt Seiler Quoted in Ad Age on Ad Agencies Restructuring and People Opportunities

Raines’ Matt Seiler was quoted in Ad Age’s recent article on ad agency restructuring. With the incorporation of AI and the debate over return-to-office, Ad Age argued “the Great Resignation is giving way to the Great Reset.”

Seiler, who leads Raines’ Marketing, Media, & Entertainment Practice, discussed with Ad Age his advocacy of pay-for-performance compensation models and recommended agencies shift from hourly billings to be “less dependent on bodies.”

Seiler also highlighted that “The opportunity for agencies is going to be in taking advantage of the most senior people and the most junior people.”
