Alexander Pisani

Alexander is a Vice President in Raines’ Aerospace, Defense, & Government Services practice and is responsible for search execution across Board and C-Suite roles. He draws on his years of organizational consulting experience to help his clients navigate their complex and unique challenges while transforming their leadership teams with best-in-class placements.

Prior to joining Raines, Alexander served as a Senior Consultant at Guidehouse in its Energy, Sustainability, and Infrastructure practice. He has deep experience in providing consulting services in the areas of finance, operations, and risk management to the public sector. He previously held a management consultant role at Booz Allen Hamilton, providing civilian agencies with program management services and innovative research reports on federal program operations.

Alexander began his career in executive search at Dinte Executive Search, where he was a researcher supporting the firm’s regulatory and finance searches. During this time, he completed his Master’s program at George Mason University, examining the modern financial sector and its roles in regulation, risk transmission, and crisis formation and management.
