Anne is a member of the Search Coordination team at Raines International. Anne is responsible for leveraging technology to audit and maintain our robust network database of difference makers and promote best practices across our global offices. With a background as a Search Coordinator at Raines and a passion for creating the best candidate and client experience possible, she is well-versed in the intricacies of the Raines Executive Search Process. In her role, she prioritizes driving change enablement and adaptability within the firm, leveraging the expertise of Raines’ Practice Leaders, and sustaining optimal performance as we continue to grow.
Industry & Consulting Experience
Prior to joining Raines International, Anne was the Director of Operations for a start-up in New York. There, she led all company operations, including administration, event production, public relations, marketing and sales. She additionally has worked with a variety of public and private companies, and marketing and advertising agencies in Chicago, IL, and New York, NY, consulting on project management, social media marketing and sales strategy, as well as offering freelance web design.
