With more than a decade of talent acquisition experience in the tech and executive search industries, Taline Bignon-Berberian has a passion for building and scaling elite global hiring operations to enable best-in-class interviewing, hiring, and overall organizational effectiveness. At Raines, Taline leads the talent acquisition function, supporting the firm’s rapid growth and expansion.

Prior to Raines, Taline led Talent Acquisition for the augmented reality startup Magic Leap. Previously, she spent five years at Egon Zehnder specializing in professional services and strategy roles. Taline began her career in executive search at L3S Partnership, a boutique search firm in Paris, France.
