Based in Las Vegas, Bryan leads Raines’ Automotive Practice. He brings his 25 years of experience serving OEMs, dealers, suppliers, private equity, finance, and technology providers to Raines Executive Search capabilities. Bryan combines his deep expertise in automotive with his passion for coaching executives in order to help individuals and organizations maximize their potential through transformative initiatives. He also works closely with Raines’ Industrial, Consumer, and Financial Services teams to identify and place top leaders who can drive change at the intersection of multiple industries. Bryan currently teaches human resources courses at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and Pepperdine University in the Applied Behavioral Science and Organization Theory and Management department.
Prior to Raines, Bryan was a Global Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he helped executives across the automotive supply chain navigate transformational change in the digital age. While at PwC, he was also instrumental in building their leadership development program. Bryan also previously worked at KPMG / BearingPoint as a leader in the automotive practice where he served clients across the ecosystem from traditional manufacturers to dealers, technology providers, suppliers, and electronic vehicle producers.
