Bryan leads Raines’ Automotive Practice and co-leads the FinTech & Business Services Practices. Partnering with Fortune 500 and Private Equity firms to identify and recruit C-suite, board, and senior leaders, he brings to executive search 25 years of experience serving innovative technology companies across the globe. Bryan combines his deep expertise in Automotive & FinTech with his passion for coaching executives in order to help individuals and organizations maximize their potential through transformative initiatives. He also works closely with Raines’ Industrial, Consumer, and Financial Services teams to identify and place top leaders who can drive change at the intersection of multiple industries. Bryan currently teaches management and leadership courses at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and Pepperdine University in the Applied Behavioral Science and Organization Theory and Management department.
Prior to Raines, Bryan was a Global Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where led many functions including Global Automotive Consulting, FinTech, Alliances, and People & Change. He helped executives navigate transformational change in the digital age and focused on organizational effectiveness. While at PwC, he was instrumental in building the leadership development program. Bryan also previously worked at KPMG / BearingPoint as a leader in the automotive and financial services practices. He has served automotive clients across the ecosystem from traditional manufacturers to OEMs, dealers, technology providers, suppliers, finance, insurance, and electronic vehicle producers.
