Carolina Siekierski

Carolina Siekierski is an Associate Consultant in Raines’ Washington D.C. office and applies her research and analytical abilities to Raines’ Aerospace, Defense, & Government Services Practice. Her intellectual curiosity and energetic personality drive her as she supports the team in solving complex human capital challenges for clients.

Carolina joined Raines from Dinte Executive Search, a retained executive search firm focused on the aerospace and defense industry. In her role at Dinte, she helped identify leaders within the aerospace, defense, federal health, and security sectors. Prior to Dinte, Carolina graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University with a major in political science and a minor in Latin American studies.
