Victoria Castillo

Victoria drives and enforces quality and performance standards for Raines International and is Based in Buenos Aires. She is responsible for tracking our client agreements in the CRM from kick-off to placement and is constantly seeking creative ways for data to add value to the firm beyond CRM maintenance. Victoria is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building workflows and checklists while securing clean data to generate firm-wide analytics. Victoria is fluent in English and Spanish and also speaks Portuguese.

Before joining Raines, Victoria worked at Bain & Company as an Executive Assistant in the Buenos Aires office. She was responsible for assisting several partners, coordinating project calendars, managing communications, and overseeing various professional events. Prior to Bain, Victoria was an Executive Assistant at Spencer Stuart, supporting Managing Directors and the research team throughout the search process, from communicating with candidates to generating progress reports.
