About Victoria

Victoria is the Project Coordinator for Raines Talent Management Group (RTMG) and is based in Buenos Aires. She works with both RTMG leaders and clients, managing the customer experience and overseeing the RTMG process from beginning to end. Victoria is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing a best-in-class customer experience. She enjoys using her skills to help individuals tell their best stories through the RTMG service. Victoria is fluent in English and Spanish and also speaks Portuguese.

Industry & Consulting Experience

Before joining Raines, Victoria worked at Bain & Company as an Executive Assistant in the Buenos Aires office. She was responsible for assisting several partners, coordinating project calendars, managing communications, and overseeing various professional events. Prior to Bain, Victoria was an Executive Assistant at Spencer Stuart, supporting Managing Directors and the research team throughout the search process, from communicating with candidates to generating progress reports.
