Tess leads the development and execution of visual communication at Raines, working closely with leadership to inform and inspire across a variety of platforms.
Prior to joining Raines, Tess worked in content creation for eCommerce marketing. She collaborated with multiple CPG brands through the COVID-induced online retail boom to transform their digital strategy and drive conversion. Tess helped grow a team of creatives by 400%, developed human-centered training programs, and kept clients consistently up to date with rapidly evolving best practices.
