Angela Choi

Based in Atlanta, Angela Choi is a Vice President in Raines’ Financial Officers Practice, supporting Chief Executive Officers and Chief Financial Officers as they build best-in-class teams. She works across Fortune 1000 and Private Equity-backed organizations, recruiting for all senior-level finance positions including Chief Financial Officers, Chief Accounting Officers, Controllers, Treasurers, internal Audit Leaders, and other division finance executives. Her expertise spans across multiple industries including technology, manufacturing, consumer goods, transportation, and professional services. Angela works closely with Private Equity portfolio companies on multi-hire assignments along with Board/chairman positions.

Angela’s career has been focused on optimizing people, talent, and next generation leadership development. She strives to support DEI initiatives to further drive internal and external organizational change. Prior to Raines, Angela was part of the Financial Officers Practice at Korn Ferry, partnering with CFOs and their key team members on recruitment, leadership assessment, succession planning, and DEI initiatives. Earlier in her career, Angela worked on international assignments in China. Angela is a member of the National Association of Asian American Professionals and was the President Elect of Rotary in the Nanjing, China branch.
