Natalie DeRosa is a Business Development Manager at Raines. She is experienced with and passionate about project management, data-driven decision-making, streamlined marketing campaigns, and effective collaboration. At Raines, she focuses on driving business growth in all functions by developing strong outbound strategies to attract new clients and candidates.
Prior to Raines, Natalie spent three years at RippleMatch, a growing recruitment automation platform. There, she focused on building relationships with in-house talent acquisition teams and growing the top of the sales funnel. Natalie also spearheaded outbound lead generation, developed new inbound channels, created content, hosted and promoted events, and hired team members to expand business development. She is passionate about serving as a bridge between strong candidates and strong opportunities.
