Duncan Piper

Duncan Piper serves as a Vice President for Raines and a leader within Raines’ Latin American business, founding the firm’s Buenos Aires office. With his team-oriented personality and understanding of what makes a great search professional, Duncan is helping Raines assemble the best teams for its clients and prepare for the future by spearheading Raines’s hiring efforts.

Previously, Duncan worked at Q5, a management consulting firm specializing in Organizational Design and Change Management. Duncan’s global experience includes working at Marco de Comunicación, a Public Relations firm headquartered in Madrid, Spain. Over his four years at Middlebury College, Duncan played college soccer as the goalkeeper for the university’s varsity team.
