About Lisa

Lisa Downey is the Project Manager within Raines’ Advisory Practice and is the key driver of the Advisory process across all client engagements. She enables the success of the entire Advisory team, leading the end-to-end management for Assessment projects, DEI workshops, and other client engagements. Interfacing with C-level stakeholders at top Private Equity and public companies, Lisa represents the firm to significant external figures while directing flawless outcomes behind the scenes.

Industry & Consulting Experience

Organized and dependable, Lisa is well-known for her detail-oriented work style, which enables her to effectively manage the seamless flow of multiple projects at once. Lisa also demonstrates agility and flexibility in her work; no two projects are the same, and she is able to easily identify which tasks require specific skills applied in various scenarios.

Prior to joining Raines, Lisa was a program manager at the Wharton School of Business for eight years, managing and facilitating various programs, offsite dinners, events, and meetings for executives from across the globe. She then transitioned to working as a project coordinator at RHR International, where she served as a critical liaison between clients and consultants, overseeing the management and successful facilitation of project timelines, scheduling, budgeting, and other tasks vital to driving RHR’s leadership solution offerings forward.
