Colleen is a Search Coordinator in Raines’ Philadelphia office working closely with Engy Lamour. She is passionate about details and loves planning and coordinating.
INDUSTRY & CONSULTING EXPERIENCE
Prior to Raines, Colleen worked with True Search as an Engagement Coordinator. Before True, she worked in commercial insurance for ten years servicing and improving insurance policies for businesses of all shapes and sizes. Working in the insurance industry taught Colleen valuable customer service skills and the importance of kindness and empathy.
