Nejla Day

Based in Washington, D.C., Nejla Day is a Consultant at Raines International in the Aerospace, Defense, & Government Services Practice. She draws on her experience building private communities for the Global 2000’s C-level executives to support clients in discovering their organization’s future transformational leaders.

Prior to joining Raines, Nejla spent five years with World 50, a PE-backed professional services organization exclusively for C-level executives across the Global 2000. While there, she led the team responsible for the development of communities for global heads of analytics, digital transformation, innovation, cybersecurity, and technology. In addition to holding management and strategy roles, she also played an instrumental role in global expansion initiatives. Prior to that, she worked in business development in the defense sector.
