Rebecca is a Coordinator for Raines’ Business Development team. She is a strong problem solver and team player who takes pride in planning, managing, and ensuring flawless and timely execution of all tasks, guidelines, processes, and contracts. She is proud to work with the talented and diverse team at Raines International. She believes that knowledge is power but kindness is key. Her positive attitude and amazing people skills allow her to create and maintain important professional relationships with our clients and candidates.
Rebecca was born in Haiti and resides in Miami, Florida. She is fluent in English, French, and Haitian Kreyol and also studied Spanish.
Rebecca began her career at the Miami Herald Media Company and then transitioned into accounting before finding her niche in executive search. Before joining Raines, Rebecca served as a Project Coordinator for the Civil Aviation Practice at Korn Ferry which included CEO, Board Director, and C-level mandates for domestic and global airlines and airports as well as commercial and general aviation MRO, component and complex manufacturing, aircraft and engine leasing, and aerospace clients. She has contributed to the development of the Soaring Through the Glass Ceiling, a Women in Aviation study, which explored how to drive diversity and inclusion in the aviation industry, and also the Annual Airline Strategy Awards (in association with FlightGlobal).
