Robyn Santee

Based in Washington D.C., Robyn is a Senior Search Coordinator with Raines’ Aerospace, Defense, & Government Services Practice. She works closely with Managing Directors Patrick Gray and Kiel Towns. Robyn’s strengths include her careful attention to detail, efficiency, impressive organizational skills, and proactiveness. A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, Robyn enjoys applying her knowledge and skills to the search process.

Prior to joining Raines, Robyn worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Executive Assistant. In that role, she supported partners in the government and commercial businesses within the cyber, human capital, and aerospace and defense practices. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Robyn worked for Capital Group, one of the largest investment management organizations, where she was the Administrative Coordinator for their fixed income business. Robyn was a recruiter early in her career, and the people and mission of Raines drew her back to the industry.
