Ronnie Delgado

Ronnie is a Search Coordinator with Raines’ FinTech and Business Services Practices. She is passionate about executive search and assessment and their contributing factors to an organization’s success and the development of its top leaders. Her expertise lies within project management, organization and schedule management, team building, recruitment, and collaboration. She was drawn to Raines by its enthusiastic and dedicated people.

Ronnie was born in Puerto Rico, has lived in Southern California, and currently resides in Miami, Florida. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Prior to joining Raines, Ronnie spent 11 years as an Executive Assistant at Egon Zehnder. A member of the industrial practice group, she supported the Miami office Managing Partner, Head of Chemicals for North America. She has extensive experience working in global executive search and leadership assessment projects as well as CEO succession and board placement. Ronnie served as the lead on many projects and as the primary client management contact. She planned and coordinated yearly events and forums hosting senior industry leaders in the Chemicals space. She has been recognized as a passionate and dedicated mentor by her colleagues and strongly values the importance of mentor/mentee relationships.

Ronnie spent the earlier part of her career as an Executive Assistant to C-suite leaders in various industries that included higher education, hospitality and travel, and consumer goods, where she provided high level support and key business deliverables.
