Scott is the Head of Raines’ Leadership and Organizational Transformation Practice. In this capacity, he brings his clients uncommon insights and a thorough, adaptable, and proprietary process just right for them. He focuses on a client’s unique needs and the areas within the organization where change will make the most difference in order to drive real business impact.
Scott collaborates with partners across various sectors and regions to deliver solutions that benefit organizational strategy, leadership development, culture and organizational effectiveness. He focuses on clients in Technology and Healthcare as well as high-growth organizations.
Industry & Consulting Experience
Previously in his career, Scott was a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry in their Leadership Development Advisory Practice, led the global organizational analytics function for McKinsey & Company, and was a senior member of the Katzenbach Center at Strategy& (now part of PwC). He led Performance Management at Google and Leadership Development at GE Digital. His research has been published in Harvard Business Review, Forbes Magazine, Strategy+, and Personnel Psychology.
