Aaron Walker

Based in Philadelphia, Aaron Walker is Senior Vice President, Go-to-Market, and leads all Go-to-Market searches for Raines. Aaron has partnered with both high-growth technology companies and established market leaders to place C-suite talent and crucial strategic hires for all Go-to-Market functions across a variety of industries and asset classes. He specializes in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and Business Development roles.

Aaron thrives on meeting new people and developing mutually beneficial and long-lasting relationships. He is passionate about putting the right people and experiences together and knows the huge impact that strong team builds can have on business results. He brings deep experience partnering with leaders to think through human capital needs whether they have recently raised disruptive capital or are embarking on a transformative business or product.

In the past decade, Aaron has played a key role in placing more than 500 senior leaders and developed deep relationships with leading Private Equity, Public, and Private companies. Prior to Raines, Aaron was a Partner at True Search in its Go-to-Market practice and part of the founding team for the Games, Entertainment, Media, and Sports commercial practice.  Before joining True Search, Aaron was an executive recruiting leader at Vanguard. He also was the Senior Talent Partner for New Business Incubation and Strategy at Comcast, where he supported the Chief Business Development Officer and developed human capital and talent acquisition strategies which were essential to new product launches, corporate partnerships, and M&A.

Before his executive search career, Aaron led strategic partnerships and alliances for a sports media start-up.
