Rob McCullam is Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Raines International, where he leads the firm’s internal talent acquisition function, hiring for roles including Engagement Manager, Search Execution, Research, Search Coordination, and Operations roles. In addition to overseeing hiring, he is responsible for aligning the firm’s Search Execution cohort to active engagements—providing a real-time perspective on search flow, team deployment, and the development of talent across the firm. He is known for building effective talent acquisition strategies in growth and transformation environments, and for his ability to navigate complex situations while bringing stakeholders along.

INDUSTRY & CONSULTING EXPERIENCE

With more than two decades of experience, Rob has built his career across executive search, corporate recruiting, and talent acquisition operations, with deep expertise in the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors.
Prior to Raines, he served as Senior Director of Executive Talent and Talent Acquisition Operations at Bed Bath & Beyond, where he led executive hiring and oversaw key operational areas including employer branding, recruiting technology, mobility, process improvement, and reporting. As a former client of Raines, he brings an operator’s perspective to his work, with a clear understanding of how talent decisions intersect with broader business priorities.
