Gabrielle Whitman

Gabrielle Whitman is Raines’ Controller. She works closely with Raines’ Chief Administrative Officer Peter Dempsey to maintain the financial records of Raines. She is excited to expand her knowledge of accounting and finance and looks forward to assisting teams in exceeding their financial goals. She was drawn to Raines because of its passion for making a difference in people’s lives and is thrilled to be a part of this extraordinary team.

Prior to Raines, Gabrielle served as a fractional Controller at Edelstein & Company LLP, where she partnered with small and mid-size companies with the goal of improving efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations. She began her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston. Afterwards, she moved into private accounting and has worked for startup and mid-sized companies across industries, including healthcare, nonprofit, lifestyle & wellness, and entertainment. This mix of experiences has allowed her to greater understand a business as a whole.
