Cadeem Harris

Cadeem Harris is a Vice President at Raines International. Based in New York, he focuses on assignments for both technical and functional roles including CTO/CIO across industry as well as CEO roles within tech-centric businesses. He is passionate about partnering with innovative clients seeking to make a difference within their executive leadership teams and C-suites. Cadeem has found that the unique blend of assessment, advisory, and relationship-building present in executive search promotes intellectual curiosity and challenges him to bring his best every day. A former college athlete, he is also attracted to the degree of teamwork and competition within executive search.

Prior to Raines, Cadeem worked with Heidrick & Struggles as an Engagement Manager within the Global Technology and Services practice, where he focused primarily on engineering and product management searches for public and PE/VC-backed companies. Before Heidrick & Struggles, he worked in HR/Talent Acquisition roles for financial services firms and media agencies. His background in the tech space has given him a unique perspective on industry trends, knowledge of high growth companies, and a robust network of strong talent.
