Mai Pham

Mai is a Research Manager in Raines’ New York office. With passion and an open mindset, she drives value for clients through purposeful and sustainable solutions. Her background in marketing and operations allows her to problem-solve with creativity and clear intent. She was born and raised in Vietnam and uses her unique perspective as a mechanism to uncover new talent.

Prior to joining Raines, Mai worked at Capvision, where she was a member of the financial institutions team. She managed primary research for public and private equity clients to support their M&A due diligence, corporate strategy, and industry research. At university, Mai served as the General Manager for a student-run catering business, connecting local vendors in the D.C. area to university events.
