Tasha Boyer Dunbar

Based in Anchorage, Alaska, Tasha is a Senior Business Development Associate at Raines. She was drawn to executive search because of its emphasis on understanding people and nurturing relationships. Tasha brings a passion for qualitative analysis and a keen eye for matchmaking from prior experience in academia and postsecondary admissions. She thinks critically about the intricacies of research and adds creativity and care to every search.

Tasha began her executive search career at Parker Remick, where she specialized in enterprise assignments. Before Parker Remick, she worked for the University of Alaska Anchorage, College of Health where she led and published research on COVID-19 vaccine inequities in Alaska. She formerly served as a U.S. Fulbright Scholar to Brazil and worked at the Royal Thai Embassy and Consulate as a second-generation Thai American.
