Carter Hince

Based in Minneapolis, Carter is a Research Manager. He chose a career with Raines because of the company’s focus on relationships and mentorship, two things he values highly. He was also drawn to the way Raines encourages team members at every level to take pride in and ownership of their work. Carter is excited about the executive search industry and the opportunity to gain experiences and connections in a range of industries. As someone who is organized and analytical, but also outgoing, Carter looks forward to using all his skills to build his career at Raines.

Prior to Raines, Carter worked at Northwestern Mutual as a Senior Financial Planning Support Associate. He worked on the investment side of the business to help advisors and clients build financial plans, train on investment products, and grow their investment practice. Carter has also had internships at Morgan Stanley, where he supported work prospecting high net worth clients and businesses, and at American Express where he helped senior executives implement American Express products in everyday business transactions and payroll applications.
