Jordan Daugherty

Jordan Daugherty is a Vice President in Raines’ Advisory: Leadership & Org Consulting Practice. A self-proclaimed “learn-it-all” with a passion for creating lightbulb moments for leaders, she partners with clients to develop innovative, data-driven solutions that yield lasting, impactful results and drive organizational success. Jordan is based in Chicago.

Most recently, Jordan served as the Global Program Manager, Capabilities, Competencies, and Career Development at Ingredion, where she was responsible for the design and execution of talent development strategies aligned to key business priorities. Prior to Ingredion, Jordan worked with Korn Ferry in the Leader and Professional Development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion solution areas. She conducted large-scale organization assessments, supported strategy and top-team alignment initiatives, and facilitated training and development for leaders at all levels on a global scale.
