Julieta Feltrin

Julieta Feltrin oversees the Business Development team at Raines. She works closely with Raines’ leadership team to drive strategic growth and expand Raines’ business across all industries and functions. Julieta supports all three of Raines’ services lines: Executive Search, Advisory, and the Raines Talent Management Group.

Prior to Raines, Julieta led the corporate operations at a Miami-based real estate development and asset management firm specializing in retail assets. Julieta’s passion for transforming organizations through leadership solutions began at Egon Zehnder where she focused on CEO succession planning and board advisory mandates for financial services and real estate clients. Julieta is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina and grew up in Miami, FL.
