Luis Delgadillo

Luis Delgadillo is a Senior Associate at Raines International. His passion for education led him to the executive search world, where he finds energy in recognizing, encouraging, and developing talent and potential at all levels.

Prior to joining Raines, Luis worked as a Business Analyst at Egon Zehnder, where he focused on the Supply Chain practice. Before that, he worked with Harvard Business School’s Executive Education department as a program coordinator. These experiences ignited his interest in finding and developing executive talent.

Luis was born in El Paso, Texas but grew up in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico with his parents and four siblings. Since then, he moved to New York for school, then Boston for his first full-time job, and now lives in Miami.
