Based in Philadelphia, Luke Lacey is Senior Vice President, Marketing at Raines International. A purpose-driven marketing and communications business partner, Luke has more than 15 years of experience in building B2B professional services brands and driving sustainable revenue growth. He is passionate about helping find and tell great stories and has spent his entire career marketing human capital firms. Luke believes that by having a data-driven marketing approach, organizations can make better decisions to enhance the customer and candidate experience, increase brand loyalty, and drive revenue growth.

Prior to Raines International, Luke was Vice President of Marketing for LHH Recruitment Solutions, North America, the Adecco’s Group professional staffing division. Prior to LHH, he was Director of Marketing for Korn Ferry’s North American Executive Search business.

His career has spanned across marketing Executive Search, Professional Staffing, Leadership Development, Organization Strategy, Executive Compensation, and Reward Consulting services. One of his key strengths is his ability to partner with sales to identify new markets and drive demand generation. He has extensive experience in developing thought leadership, digital content, and public relations strategies that drive brand awareness.
