About Elizabeth

As a member of the search coordination team, Elizabeth’s mission is to provide superior support to Raines consultants and exemplary service to clients at each stage of the search process utilizing her skills in organization, scheduling, process improvement, and her meticulous attention to detail. Her background as a project manager in multiple industry verticals uniquely positions her to add value to the Raines team not only in executing objectives and search coordination but in growing Raines’s Chicago office.

Elizabeth draws from her personal experience as a classical singer and historian to continually discover ways to connect people to each other and toward their goals. Elizabeth is proud to be a member of the incredibly insightful, dedicated, and talented Raines team, as their drive for creating positive change and delivering quality, successful results mirrors her own.

Industry & Consulting Experience

Before joining Raines, Elizabeth worked at Russell Reynolds Associates and provided support to Executive Director-level consultants in over 25 executive search assignments across industrial, healthcare, consumer, financial, and education industries. She also served as an Executive Assistant for the Client Services and Marketing departments at the investment services firm PT Asset Management.

She began her career as an Investment Division Event Team Lead at marcus evans Group, where she maintained investment division databases, oversaw onboarding processes, and built sales pipeline by conducting market research.
