Taylor Talhame

Taylor Talhame is an Associate Search Coordinator at Raines International supporting the Industrial Practice. Based in Chicago, she drives intentional and seamless searches for our clients. She is passionate about creating systems, simplifying the complex, and providing white-glove service for both her team and prospective connections.

Prior to Raines, Taylor worked with Russell Reynolds Associates. In her role as the Midwest lead for the Information Systems team, she explored how new technology can advance processes and improve the ways in which a search is executed. With experience in the hospitality industry, Taylor takes pride in helping those who need guidance and creating order out of a sea of information.
