Alison is a founding member of the Advisory: Org and Leadership Consulting practice at Raines. She has worked with top executives to help them achieve their organizational goals from culture-shaping to succession planning. Alison understands both the critical human element of talent, as well as the importance of data-backed results. KRISTIN MANN

Kristin is a Managing Director, Advisory: Leadership & Org Consulting. Before Raines, Kristin worked with Bespoke Partners, Korn Ferry, and YSC Consulting, now part of Accenture. Kristin has a PhD and Master’s in Industrial & Organizational Consulting from DePaul University and has coached more than 700 executives across the globe. Kristin’s coaching offerings include:
