Kristin Mann

Kristin Mann is a Managing Director in Raines’ Advisory: Leadership & Org Consulting Practice. She holds a lifelong interest in the practical use of sound psychological research in the workplace. This personal and professional passion – in tandem with a curious, solution-oriented mindset and resilient energy – is the foundation upon which she partners with clients to select, develop, and empower key leaders to drive measurable impact and organizational success. As an executive assessor and coach, team mediator, and diversity, equity, and inclusion facilitator, her work has taken her across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Kristin has worked across all levels of leadership as well as in a wide variety of industries, including energy, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and private equity. She began her career at YSC Consulting, now part of Accenture, where she focused on in-depth executive assessments for both selection and development. She later spent time as a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry, where she combined psychology and leadership knowledge with her acting background to facilitate development sessions for leaders and teams around the world. Most recently, Kristin served as Vice President of Advisory at Bespoke Partners, working alongside search partners to build symbiotic solutions for clients in the private equity space. Across her work, she has leveraged her doctoral research – investigating how varying demographics influence perceptions of leaders – to create both a more inclusive environment and more objective assessment techniques.
