One of the top talent advisors to the industrial manufacturing industry, Bryan Burg is on a first-name basis with the boards and C-suite teams driving the Industrial sector. He has forged relationships with the world’s leading private equity firms and publicly traded corporations and has transformed the management teams and trajectories of dozens of companies throughout the United States.
Born and raised in Slinger, WI, with a car mechanic father and nurse practitioner mother, Bryan put himself through college at Lake Forest College. With his family’s roots in blue-collar careers, Bryan honed his focus on industrial companies in the Midwest, seeking to bring new life and jobs to these companies through stronger leadership and talent strategies. In late 2019, Bryan joined Raines to build its Industrial Practice and open its Chicago office at 300 N LaSalle Drive. Since joining, Bryan has helped the firm more than double its headcount, diversify its offerings, and expand to several new cities in the United States. The team he leads is 60% women, persons of color, and military veterans, which has built the foundation for a diverse team that scales.
Prior to joining Raines, Bryan was a top performer with Korn Ferry for over a decade. As a member of its global Diversified Manufacturing Practice, he participated in more than 150 senior-level assignments, including engagements for clients in Packaging, Aerospace, Paper, Consumer Durables, Specialty Equipment, Engineered Components, and Industrial Services. He has worked closely with CEOs and their Boards to conduct assignments for CEOs, Presidents, General Managers, and functional heads of Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Strategy, and Corporate Development for Fortune 500 companies and middle-market, private equity-owned portfolio companies.
