ABOUT CAMILA

Based in New York, Camila is a Research Associate supporting Raines International’s Consumer and Retail Practices, where she is responsible for mapping the market and identifying candidates for executive search assignments. Camila was drawn to Raines’ pursuit of excellent client service and is passionate about understanding clients and assisting them effectively. Speaking four languages and having lived in Brazil, Italy, and Spain, Camila brings a diverse perspective to her work at Raines.

INDUSTRY & CONSULTING EXPERIENCE

Prior to Raines, Camila worked with Sanctuary for Families, where she collaborated with New York City’s program to End Gender-Based Violence to match clients with key resources and services. She recently earned a master’s degree in international relations from IE University in Madrid, Spain. She was awarded an Eisenhower Fellowship for her studies and conducted research on the impact of the Russo-Ukraine War on political response and the movement of people.

Camila spent the first part of her career working in client-facing roles at private immigration law firms and nonprofits. She has a keen understanding of the interconnectedness of industries and is passionate about driving impact through effective leadership.
