Emily Dutch

As a Senior Vice President at Raines, Emily leads both client and candidate relationships, leveraging over a decade of expertise in the search industry. Having started at the firm in Research, she continues to approach each assignment with deeply honed skills in creative problem solving and search target strategy. Emily is passionate about making a difference in this business by delivering a thoughtful and authentic customer experience. She finds it particularly fulfilling to support Private Equity clients at the firm or portfolio level, when they are seeking leaders to drive growth and transformation via Human Capital or Strategy & Operations in new markets or geographies. A highlight for her was living in Sydney while helping a U.S. client open a new office for its fledgling Australia & New Zealand fund.

Emily brings a human-centered approach to her work and is energized by the evolution of search and the role it will play in the Talent Economy. She was certified in Hogan Assessments in 2019 and enjoys partnering with and contributing to the firm’s Advisory: Leadership & Org Consulting practice. Emily is a member of CHIEF and active in the Boston community as a member of UNICEF’s Next Generation Committee.
