Chipotle Mexican Grill is currently interviewing candidates for its board of directors, according to Bloomberg News. Earlier this year, CtW Investment Group sent a letter to shareholders complaining that the company’s board of directors is “one of the least diverse, least independent boards among the S&P 500.” Read “Chipotle Seeking New Board Member in Response to Investor Criticism.”

We Work, the shared office space start-up, is eyeing expansion by “courting big corporations,” the Wall Street Journal’s Rachel Feintzeig reports. The company now has a sales team focused to attracting companies. Currently “about 10% of Fortune 500 companies already rent space in its locations, and firms with 15 or more people comprise its fastest-growing customer base.” Read “WeWork to Big Companies: Work with Us.”

Apple says it has “achieved pay equity in the United States for similar roles and performance,” according to its most recent diversity report. “Women earn one dollar for every dollar male employees earn.” Apple also says that 54% of its new U.S. hires are minorities.
