Raines International names two new Managing Directors

April 2024 — Raines International, a leading executive search and talent advisory firm, announced two new Managing Directors this month.

Kristin Mann was promoted to Managing Director, Advisory: Leadership & Org Consulting. Kristin joined Raines in 2022 as a Senior Vice President to co-lead the Advisory practice. Based in Dayton, Kristin delivers executive assessments, coaching, and custom workshops on topics including motivation, interview training, and team alignment. She has a PhD and MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University and previously worked with Korn Ferry, Bespoke Partners, and YSC Consulting (now part of Accenture).

Jessica Sun joined Raines as a Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives and Client Delivery Excellence. In this role, Jessica will focus on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across the business, as well as select client assignments to ensure delivery excellence.

Previously, Jessica was a Managing Director at Raines specializing in the Consumer and Operational Excellence Practices. She has identified and placed COOs, Chief Supply Chain Officers, Chief Strategy Officers, Chief Talent Officers, Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officers, and Global Heads of Pricing for Fortune 200 companies and middle-market portfolio companies.  She first joined Raines in 2014.
