Beckett Haglund

Beckett Haglund is a Vice President in Raines’ Chicago Office. His interest in executive search comes from a belief that people are the cornerstone of every business. The right talent in the right leadership position can shape the world into a better place while driving business outcomes. Through a passionate, detailed and professional approach, Beckett’s goal is to impact clients by advising them on how to find this talent. He focuses on serving clients’ hiring needs within the finance function, primarily in the industrial space.

Prior to Raines, Beckett worked at Egon Zehnder as a core researcher in the financial officers practice. He worked across industries serving clients of all sizes from Fortune 50 public companies to pre-revenue startups, with a focus on the industrial space. While at Egon Zehnder Beckett also played a large role in the recruitment, training, and development of both interns and new research hires.
