Taylor Wrubel

Based in New York, Taylor is Vice President, Research Operations for Raines International. In her role, Taylor leads Raines’ research team and supports search execution across all practice areas of the firm. Her goal is for the team to always operate as a high-performance unit, delivering exceptional service to clients and providing “above-and-beyond” support to internal partners. Taylor strives to create and mentor a community of researchers who are passionate about producing the best material and setting a new gold standard for candidate identification and market research. In addition to her professional experience, Taylor brings her meticulous organizational skills and infectious positivity to every assignment.

Taylor pivoted to executive search in 2022 to pursue her personal passion for helping individuals achieve their long-term career goals. Taylor joined Raines after almost five years in client services for Guidepoint, a leading expert network for institutional investors. While at Guidepoint, Taylor worked with high-profile hedge funds while in New York City and leading consulting firms while in Los Angeles. From working with a large and diverse group of clients to answering niche questions on every type of vertical or industry, Taylor brings her unique experience to Raines’ research team to better serve clients across all industries.
