Nicole Murillo is a Senior Research Associate in Raines’ New York office, where she excels in driving collaboration and teamwork. She is passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential and brings a collaborative spirit to every project she undertakes. Nicole’s strong research background enables her to uncover unique insights, connect seemingly unrelated ideas, and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Prior to Raines, Nicole worked with executive search firm Lancor, where she led targeted research initiatives and provided strategic insights for executive searches. She also previously worked for Guidepoint, a leading expert network for institutional investors. During her time at Guidepoint, she blended research expertise with a deep understanding of leadership dynamics and strengthened her ability to build relationships with C-Suite executives.
