Mariah Maiorano is a Consultant at Raines International, supporting executive search assignments across the firm’s Private Markets, CFO, and Industrials Practices. Based in Atlanta, she is passionate about the impact leadership has on organizational performance, culture, and transformation, and is drawn to executive search for its unique ability to influence the success of companies through exceptional leadership talent. Mariah values the opportunity to work closely with accomplished executives and business leaders, gaining insight into the challenges they navigate and the decisions that shape organizations. Prior to joining Raines, Mariah built her executive search foundation at both Russell Reynolds Associates and Egon Zehnder. During that time, she supported searches within the CFO and financial officers practice while also contributing to internal talent acquisition efforts.
