Bryan Arceneaux

Bryan Arceneaux is a Vice President at Raines International where he specializes in placing executives within the Aviation, Aerospace & Defense and Industrial Practices. Based in Boston, Bryan was drawn to executive search because of the opportunity to serve both clients and communities. The unique role in the talent ecosystem and the impact that it can have on the lives of client organizations, the communities they serve, and the individuals within both their organizations and the broader community resonates deeply with him.

Prior to Raines, Bryan worked at Korn Ferry in its Aviation and Aerospace Practice, where he completed more than 50 assignments in two years. Before Korn Ferry, he spent 15 years in American Airlines’ Commercial organization, focused across revenue management, B2B and B2C pricing strategy, B2B sales strategy, and alliances and partnerships. In that time, he also had the opportunity to lead a team focused on recruiting, training, and talent and leadership development. With a better understanding of both the candidate and the client perspective, the experiences combined have given him unique exposure to the needs and objectives of both throughout the search process.
