Carlye Hirsch-Wolf

Carlye Hirsch-Wolf is a Managing Director in the Consumer Practice at Raines International. Based in New York, Carlye specializes in placing executives in Retail, Beauty, CPG, Restaurants and QSR companies, both Private Equity-backed and publicly owned. With a foundation as a frontline retail leader and later recruiter within Apple Retail, bolstered by 10+ years experience in executive search, Carlye has a unique understanding of clients’ needs in recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent. She brings deep experience in omnichannel retail and field operations as well as the importance of customer-focused and solutions-oriented leadership.  

Prior to Raines, Carlye spent more than ten years at Berglass+Associates, most recently as an Executive Vice President, where she expanded the digital practice and built a significant practice in restaurants and QSR. Partnering with a broad range of companies from Fortune 500 to private equity-backed organizations, she has placed leaders in the consumer industry across all functional areas with a depth of knowledge in digital/technology, marketing and operations.

Her career began at Apple Retail where she brought together her passion for technology and helping people. Partnering closely with the talent development team, she also became a leadership development facilitator.
