As a human resource professional for over a decade, Chelsea has worked with companies to recruit, develop, and retain top talent. For the last six years, she has worked within the consulting industry. During her recent role at Medical Advantage, a healthcare consulting company, she was able to rebuild the HR function from the ground up while supporting nationwide growth and operating as a business partner to company leadership.
She considers herself a true generalist with a breadth and depth of experience across all facets of HR. She specifically enjoys collaborating with employees; ensuring a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture; coaching managers and leaders; using data and technology to enhance people programs; as well as operational functions, including compensation, benefits, and compliance.
