Meghan Dumser

Meghan Dumser is a Vice President at Raines and leads the firm’s Financial Officers Practice, placing CFOs and other financial leaders across a range of industries including Consumer, Diversified Industrials, and Business Services. At Raines, the majority of her work has been with Private Equity clients seeking to identify talent for their portfolio companies. Meghan also specializes in placing Corporate Development leaders and often supports the Alternative Asset Management Practice, serving clients across the private equity, hedge fund, real estate investment, and venture capital sectors.

Prior to joining Raines, Meghan served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she was a part of the firm’s Risk & Financial Advisory practice. With Deloitte, Meghan focused on problem-solving relative to financial regulatory and operational risk management and served a range of clients across the financial services industry (specifically in the banking & securities and asset management sectors).

Outside of Raines, Meghan volunteers with the American Associate for Cancer Research and enjoys running and supporting Philadelphia sports teams.
