Emily Kollet is Vice President of Search Operations at Raines International. She partners closely with consultants to manage search execution from start to finish, troubleshoot complex situations, and maintain momentum through proactive scheduling and clear, consistent communication. In parallel, she leads the development and training of the Search Coordination team, embedding best practices and scalable processes that enhance both speed and quality across the firm.

Since joining Raines in 2012, Emily has taken on increasing responsibility as the firm has grown, developing deep institutional knowledge and a nuanced understanding of what drives successful outcomes. She supports the firm broadly across all practices and sectors, ensuring consistency and efficiency in delivery across engagements. She is known for driving seamless client delivery and a high-quality candidate experience, bringing pace, precision, and consistency to every stage of the executive search process. Her work strengthens candidate engagement, supports strong close rates, and reinforces a disciplined, high-touch approach to execution.
